This lady has changed her habit of how she lists her names on her mobile phone after her handbag was stolen.
這位女士的皮包被偷後就乖乖的改變了她手機通訊錄的編列方式.
Her handbag which contained her mobile, credit card, purse...etc....was stolen. 20 minutes later when she called her hubby, from a pay phone telling him what had happened, hubby says "I've just received your text asking about our Pin number and I've replied a little while ago." When they rushed down to the bank, the bank staff told them all the money was already withdrawn.
她被偷的包包內有手機,信用卡,錢包...等物品.當事發二十分鐘後,她從公用電話通知老公時,老公在電話那端說:"我幾分鐘前剛收到你的手機短訊問我們的帳號密碼,我已經回覆了." 當他們趕到銀行時,銀行通知說帳上的錢已經全部提光了.
The pickpocket had actually used the stolen hand phone to text "hubby" in the contact list and got hold of the pin number. Within 20 minutes he had withdrawn all the money from the bank account.
小偷利用手機通訊錄內的名單輕而易舉的取得帳戶密碼,短短數分鐘內將錢提走.
Moral of the lesson:

Do not disclose the relationship between you and the people in your contact list.
不要在手機聯絡人名單上顯示彼此關係.
Avoid using names like Home, Honey, Hubby, sweetheart, Dad, Mum etc.......
避免用 "家", "親愛的", "老公", "甜心", "老爸", "老媽" 等字眼...........
and very importantly, when sensitive info is being asked thru texts, CONFIRM by calling back.
更重要的是, 當手機簡訊問到私密資料時一定要打電話去確認
Also, when you're being texted by friends or family to meet them somewhere, be sure to call back to confirm that the message came from them. If you don't reach them, be very careful about going places to meet "family and friends" who text you.
同時, 當親人或朋友用簡訊邀約見面時,一定要打電話去確認確有其事.如果無法聯絡上當事人,就須特別謹慎是否應赴約.
